Above: The presence of straw on the far right of the above  photo suggests more packing and shipping activities, although this could also be a receiving or maintenance department.  The gentleman in the back must be "the brass",  judging from his well-dressed appearance and rakish derby.  In fact,  he deserves a close-up, shown at right.
