| Left to Right. At left and center left are two views of a 50-year award from the Illinois Central Railroad given to Henry George Searles. The award is 14k gold and came in a leather wallet. It is believed to be a lifetime pass, but it doesn't indicate this. At center right and far right are are two views of a US Steel Corporation 25-year medal engraved with "E.J. & E. RY. Co. 1948" from the Elgin, Joliet and Eastern Railway Co. owned by US Steel. These medals probably exist for every 5 year increment from 10 - 50 years just like the regular USSC medals. |

| Left to Right. At left and center left are two views of a medal from the Missouri Pacific Lines. It looks to be a retirement medal because it resembles others that indicate different numbers of years. The top front brooch always has a name and number of years engraved, and the back of the medal has the date engraved in the bottom half below the inscription across the center. At center right and far right are two views of a medal from the Milwaukee Electric Railway and Light Company, an interurban line. The medal may be totally unique and not just because it is named "James D. Shaw." It has 34 diamonds and a ruby, is 14k gold, and is named to the company's lawyer who was also on their board and a very remarkable fellow. |
